11 – Declaration of Intent to Graduate deadline for December 2024/Winter Session 2025 graduates
14 – Columbus Day holiday- Offices closed; classes suspended
15- All classes resume.  Monday class schedule to be followed.
23- Last day to submit coursework to instructors for “I” and “NM” grades for Summer 2024
30- Last day for instructors to submit final grades for “I” and “NM” grades for Summer 2024

November

26- Registration for Winter and Spring 2025 courses begins at 9AM
27 to Dec 1 – Thanksgiving recess – Offices closed; classes suspended

December

– Last day to withdraw from classes3
13 – Last day to submit coursework to instructors for “I” and “NM” grades for Spring 2024
14 – Last day of classes
16 to 21 – Final Exam Period4

16 to July 18 – Summer Theology Session
